Service
RenewalHub Commission Tracker calculates sales-representative commission from Shopify order data according to merchant-configured rules and records payout statuses.
Merchant responsibilities
You are responsible for choosing reps and rates accurately, resolving attribution conflicts, reviewing calculations and verifying amounts before paying. You must comply with employment, contractor, tax, accounting and payment obligations that apply to you. The app does not employ representatives, run payroll, give tax advice or transmit payments.
Calculation scope
Commission is based on eligible fully paid order merchandise after Shopify discounts and refunded or removed quantities, before tax. Shipping, duties, tips, additional fees and gift-card line items are excluded. Amount-only goodwill or shipping refunds do not change merchandise commission. Shopify API data, edits, outages and delays may change pending commission and create adjustments.
Subscriptions and availability
Subscriptions, trials, upgrades and downgrades use Shopify App Pricing and Shopify's applicable terms and displayed plan. We make reasonable efforts to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or process data you do not have the right to process.
